Atomic Green Lantern is my favorite hero due to his extremely good ganking and combat ability. He can be extremely tanky and do a lot of damage if build right.
Build:
You shouldn't focus on building power damage due to the poor scale on his ability. Get tank and cooldown reduction items so you can keep applied your passive and tank all of their damage skill and attack. With this build late game, you can 1v2 and help your team a lot thanks to your low cooldown skill and tankiness.
Items:
Try to rush the crime bible 2 and Ruby of life ASAP to build up tankiness. After that, get Oa Gambit since it give you the power damage and power armor you need, and a shield to keep you and your team alive in big combat. A dreastone is extremely good since it allowed you to spam your skill on low cooldown .Get Ra's al Ghul's Robe so you can tank for your team.
