Infinite Crisis has shut down.

I've been experimenting with Gas Light Joker, and I wanted to see if I could make him into a decent APC, while keeping his health up.
There will be more to this guide as I research, but if you're going to go apc for the Fatman, the most important ESSENTIAL item is Eclipso's Diamond. This turns your rats into eating machines, while paying for themselves in return. Kryptonian War Armor makes better use of the of Eclipso's power lifesteal. Remember as long as your enemy is trapped in the circle of rats you're healing yourself.
