Skill OrderBegin with Q [Trident of the King] in order to poke during early laning. After getting 1 point in each of your skills, level E [Undertow] and your passive [Rising Tide] together.
The reason we do this is because E[Undertow] is your most versatile and powerful move that lets you proc your passive twice. We level your passive after every point in E because your DPS will actually improve when you proc a stronger [Rising Tide] off all your skills instead of just front loading a skill and then rushing the passive.
