This is a jungle build but can work lane if you need it to. This build plays best for doing jungle and then lane ganks. The best lane I found to gank in was mid, but its really up to you. Depending on the game you can gank as early as level 3-4 but make sure you have Frost Breath before trying to gank.

Heat Vison - Frost breath - Kryptonian Might  

If they retreat use Speeding Bullet

Speeding Bullet is great for easy ganks on retreating enemies.

Starters 
Maurader Knife level 1
Maurader Sheild level 1
2 tektite vials

Main build 
build only the first level of starter items. once you have enough to build the crime bible build  then move to the the Soultaker Katana unless you need a big damage boost then build the first level of Deathstrokes Claymore then move to the Katana. Then finish the Claymore build the rest of items in the order posted

Using the optionals
Ras Al Ghuls Robe- Use If facing have a mixed team 
Entropy Aegis-Use if facing a power damage team
Suit of Sorrow -Use facing Attack Damage team 
Claw of Horus - Use to build Attack Damage and Attack Armour 
Coda blade and Lobo chain in place of joe chill revolver 
huntress Crossbow -if you need to up you cooldown
