  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

    Skill Leveling -

As always, the ability leveling isn't exact, and is very situational. If you are being killed a lot, level the shield, if you're lacking some damage, get the lightning field.

Build - Like the skills, the items you get will depend on the situation you're in. I always lean towards a hybrid, with enough durability to be able to unleash my combos a couple times and not die in the process. Of course, if you're the only tanky person on your team, get more defensive items, and other than cosmic belt and royal seal, stay away from the power damage tree. If you're on a team with more beefy allies, you might want Eclipso's diamond and Fatality's lance. Don't build too much power damage though, as you are not meant to be a high damage dealer. Your main purpose is to slow and stun your foes so your marksmen and assasins can take them out quickly.

    How To Play

    - Save the empowered buff for your 'Q', the stun can help you lockdown an enemy or escape.

-Don't engage with your ult. Use it in synergy with your 'W' to take out stragglers when the enemy team is low on health. It can turn the tables on your foes almost immediately.

-Don't be too hasty in using your 'E'. It's meant to slow and peel fleeing enemies, not to be a source of damage in a team fight.

-You have no mobility. If you're low on health, DO NOT RUN. Deal as much damage as you can, pop your 'W' and hope for the best. You have a better chance of surviving if you stay and wait for your team.

-Be ready to help your team! Don't go and farm when your team is getting ready to storm a tower or control point. You're an enforcer, not a damage dealer. You should help your team. You'll get more credits if you're getting assists with your team than farming bot lane alone.

    Summary -

Fight smart, take bullets (or Punchies) for your team, and control the flow of battle as Captain Marvel, Earth's Mightiest Mortal. Eat it, Superman!
