Have you seen that all skills of Gaslight Batman works with power damage?  Try to see how you can instant delete a power or attack damage carry in 2 seconds.

Poke your enemy lane with Q, W and basic attacks with your Blue Scarab passive and jump on him when he got low life. As a power damage carry, never start teamfights and stay always back before start it. Let your team initiate it. Atlanted Royal Seal is a great item if you push so hard and slow your enemy him insanely.

Finish Radion Sharp at mid game for sell it and recover his all cost. Take optional items if you need sustain.

That +20 move speed from Pandora´s Box and his active is really good for our Batman. Use it for seek that easy kills that you cant see and delete them with your R or slow your prey if his is trying to escape.

In the middle of a tf, use your R and see enemy team run away if someone survive. Your ulty in last level can do close to 1.000 damage with your full build.

Try it and see how in the next patch will be nerfed thanks to this guide (remember it).
