  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

This is my first guide on dawnbase.com, and I'm also not a native English user so I hope you guys will understand and not too critical on the way I write. Criticism comments are welcomed though :D
Anyway, this is a guide on Green Lantern, or called Prime Green Lantern for discrimination purposes from other Green Lantern characters, will be called PGL through out the rest of the guide. This guide is not the absolute way of playing the champion, but more like a playstyle that is really fun and flashy as you would be able to wow everyone. NOT RECOMMENDED for players that want to play safely till the late game or not familiar with the champion.

                                                                                                  The champion
The first human to join the interstellar peacekeeping Green Lantern Corps, Hal Jordan serves and protects Sector 2814 by using his indomitable will to control his alien power ring.
Headstrong and fearless, Captain Hal Jordan was a highly skilled test pilot before being chosen as a Green Lantern. Overcoming profound fear earned him high regard from Green Lantern peers; some even say he is the greatest Green Lantern alive.

There are many guide on how to play PGL, and i can't say mine is better than any of the guide, but i'd say my build/tips will help you having great fun playing the champion and realize his strength as a BLASTER. This build utilizeon the amount of damage he can make and the postitioning of the champion.

                                                                                                 1.3. ME
I'd be known as K if anyone need to know how to call me. This is my first time doing a guide in anything, even though i have a lot of experience with MOBA. I was playing dota for four years before playing league of legends competitively in Asia, with a bit of achievement back season 3. Right now I'm taking a break from league after moving to U.S. for college, and looking for chances at other MOBAs, so this guide based on a lot of experience I had playing MOBA throughout a long amount of years.

                                                                                       2. Champion breakdown

                                                                                                 2.1. Role
As stated in Infinite Crisis, PGL is a blaster type champion, being able to dish out a lot of magic damage within a short time span. But the playstyle that I will introduce is all about getting a lead on the enemy team and using your gold effectively to maximize his ability to single out a target. Throughout the game your role changes, as you shift from a lane bully at early game, transition into a roaming monster mid-game, and you will still be strong late game with this build. If anyone would say "Oh, but this build doesn't give you a lot of power damage", but remember, getting more power damage doesn't mean your power damage output increase. This build is all about using the early gold the most efficient way possible and snowball your team to victory. After having a decent experience with Infinite Crisis, I can say that the game snowball a lot, as an early lead can easily turn into an easy game, so with that logic, my point on using PGL would be to having a strong build with a small amount of gold and then taking a big lead into a win.

                                                                                               2.2. Pros and cons
I would be making pros and cons of my assasin PGL concept and then talk about a few different builds that appear on dawnbase.
Pros: + high damage throughout the game
                    + good mobility
+ snowball really hard when you have your core build early (5250gold/credit)
+ you blow someone up before you can say holy s***
+ being able to make crazy plays
Cons: + really mana hungry unless you build Dream stone (2) at least.
+ require decent skills and quick decision making
+ not gonna make sure you can just farm and heal back
                    + doesn't fit passive playstyle mid-laners
+ waste 1 slot for mobility than getting power damage or defensive stats

                                                                                               2.3. Build breakdown
I'm too lazy to rewrite this for now :D will do in the weekends

                                                                                               2.4. Example combo
with the core build of Logoz(2) and Eternity Lance (4) with speedforce battery(2), at level 11, you would usually have 2pts in passive, 4 on q, 1 on w, 3 on e and 2 on r, that's the usual path. what you wanna do if you're not sure if you can blow up your target or not, use the 5-missile trick to make sure you have enough damage. The 5-missile trick is based on the mechanics of how PGL's e starts cooling down. After you shoot out the first missile, the skill starts the cooldown, not after you shoot out all 3 missile, so what you wanna do before you initiate a gank, is you shoot out 1 missile and save the other 2 and you can spam 5 missile within a not-too-big window of time. The only down part of this trick is you have to be decisive and take the role of a roamer.

This is what i updated for now, the guide will be updated throughout the weekends. Please thumbup so I can see my guide in the front page, i would love some attention :D
