    Cosmic Belt level 2 - > finish Cosmic Belt L 3 -> Level Atlantean Royal seal and Lobo parralel depending on money you have-> fill in with dreamstone L2 if you have mana Problems-> Spear of destiny for Huge Auto Attack Dmg Buff or Fragment for more Tankiness next -> Pandora Box for extra CC fun

    Fast Explanation 

    Lantern is about disrupting fights through insane tankiness cc Grabs and Def Points
    In my Build i Use him as a Tank 3 People can beat on and still he lives forever
    With my Build your Skills slow your Auto Attacks slow and if your out of Mana you still deal Tons of Dmg for Surprise effects
    His Passive scales with Hp so if you get 4th Charge on Enemy and level it early nobody gets away anymore
