    Ability levelling order

    Start with  Psi (1) and shades cane..On first " back" lvl Psi to 2 ...do not spend anymore on shades cane..
     The next 1000 you get should go to completing Psi..
     When Psi is finished start Scarab. On next " back" get either Starheart (1) or Book of eternity (1) .Then proceed to finish Scarab.. When scarab is complete  SELL shades cane and start v9 ..
    finish starheart ..Meanwhile anytime You return to base and have 750 or so..toss it in V9 ..
    After Starheart..You should get and finish Book of eternity..
      After Book, I either go Cosmic.. anything that gives good PD really..but cosmic gives penetration and the small d.o.t...

      USIN neurons early if they have alot of AD champs does help you survive a bit..but yur a squishy and shouldnt be gettin hit anyhow..

      With this build your Ult should be doin over 1000 a sec..so thats over 2000 to all fools in yur path..
     I got 2 penta kills in one night with this..enjoy..
