Catch his Twitch stream lately? He's been playing nothing but GasBat lately. And even though he's really good with GasBat, to me he still does better when playing Cybeezy.
Infinite Crisis has shut down.
With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

I think you are misundertanding the description. I too thought the text meant +500 and +800 in stacks for a +1300 total but no. Apparently, the battery caps at +800 which means the max stack value is +300, which would normally require 75 skill casts (while the battery in not in cooldown) to max out....not 200. They really need to change that text. It's too confusing.

My apologies for the look. I think I accidentally "broke" the guide with a formatting code that carried from one line to the next and didn't notice before publishing. I'm unable to edit the guide at all now. Sorry.
