    Hi! I main Gaslight Catwoman, Catwoman, Shazam and Zatanna! though I also play Wonder Woman, Doomsday and Harley Quinn (I'll rarely move out of these champions unless I'm looking for a new one to play). I usually play on GH EU most of the day while honing my skills as Catwoman.

    Personally, I think Velocity 9 shouldn't be used, as it focuses on Attack Speed too much, as well as crit chance, which is much more obsolete on her as of recent.

    I'd suggest adding Joe Chill's as an optional, if you really want crit chance you can get it with the sheer damage, but your attack could be 70 higher with Chills, maybe a bit higher if you have Claymore and Coda Blade modded for terminate or +9 damage.

    With the nerf, this item is pretty obsolete to Booster Gold's Power Suit, which is same price, gives you 10% more shields, 10% less turret damage on all maps and also same stats, + 15% cooldown reduction

    Replace Fragment of Mogo with Booster Gold, it's virtually better in every way.
    Plus, Helm of Fate adds more power damage than War Suit and does more armor.
