Infinite Crisis has shut down.
With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.
Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

Introduction
Hello all! I am TwinEscrimas and this is my guide. Green Arrow is currently considered a top-tier marksman and, in my opinion, definitely deserves to be. He is bursty, as a decent escape, and is pretty easy to pick up and play.
Stolen Powers
Arcane Green Lantern's Healing Wave and Doomsday's Invulnerability are the stolen powers I prefer to take on pretty much all marksman. They will keep you alive time and time again and are great defences all throughout the game.
Optional Stolen Powers
Robin's Surveillance Camera, Green Arrow's Surveillance Camera, and Gaslight Batman's Surveillance Camera are very strong picks playing a safe top lane or if your support doesn't have any for some ungodly reason. You should also definitely take these if you don't really see any of your team mates carrying them. Take whichever ones are your preference, it doesn't matter, really.
Poison Ivy's Healing Wave and Krypto's Healing Wave work perfectly fine. I prefer Arcane Green Lantern's Healing Wave as it gives, in my opinion, the best defense. However, if you have either of these two powers feel free to use them.
Itemization
Start off with Nil Weapon and Modular Health Vial (3) for a nice, sustainable start that will allow you to stay in lane for a long time (especially if you are solo top, or your support can't heal you in any way).
After that, my first pick up is Shade's Cane (2). This allows for a nice amount of damage in the early game, and the attack speed buff is useful as well. Then, buy Joe Chill's Revolver (3) Velocity 9 Implants (3) as critical chance and damage are extremely important on marksmen, so rushing them is very helpful to have. Atomic Axe (2) is item #4 and at this point you will be able to shred through tanks much, much easier.
Items 5 and 6 are going to be any 2 of the offense and defense items listed. I typically pick up Soultaker Katana (4) for the teamfight sustain, and then a defensive item. However, any combo of those listed works a-okay.
Teamfights
In basically any fight as Green Arrow your goal is to stay behind team mates and be dealing constant damage to those enemies around you. Staying alive is your top priority; if you are getting low on health and the enemy team isn't, get out. Staying alive means that your team has a high source of damage at its disposal. In doing that, you are more likely to be winning more teamfights and securing objective easier.
You have just completed the reading process of another one of my guides! Congratulations!
