  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

This guide is made for the March update. Have fun in Coast City!

Why no Marauder Knife mod for this assassin? I really feel you are wasting 500 credits building it when you will sell it at the first chance you get. Keeping it at 2 will allow you to build Coda up faster into Claymore adn then you will have a chance to build up Crossbow. Flash needs crossbow to be effective more than any other assassin. If you think running without the +10AD mod on Marauder Knife will give you major issues (smaller chance of early game snowball), take the mod instead of the +10AD crossbow.

Build Path: Start Marauder knife 2 with 3 health pots. If you you are using the exact modset I have with the guide, leave this on T2 and rush Coda to T3 and Claymore to T2. Scroll back up if you have the +10 AD knife mod.

Start building Crossbow now. Build it up as fast as you can. Once this is capped buy Joe Chill's and then pick up Atomic Axe if they are stacking attack armor. If they are not, don't bother with it now, and pick up an extra optional item.

Options! You can choose from anything I have in the slots. I will be using the new Batman's Belt with him a lot, and I think you should too. It may even be a good idea to mod it if it fits in well enough. I have yet to test it so I can not say for certain yet.

Harnessing the Speed Force: Start off with Q, get W twice and Q once again at 4. Grab E at level 5. Why? You'll have slightly higher damage to clear off large creatures faster early, abd you will not really need to slow early, or use it as an escape.

When engaging in a team fight, do not just dive in, combo and ult. Remember, dead carries do no damage. You should chip* the enemy assassin if he dives your team, then move into your combo on the marksman or blaster depending on who has crept too far. If they are staying far back, you can really shake up the fight and knock out the controller. Remember, your team should just focus the closest high priority target, and controllers qualify that description very often.

Once you have unloaded your combo, it is time to Ult. By doing this, you have helped increase your carry's chances of surviving the skirmish. When you can, time your Ult to coincide with a WW ult, or right after Atro's. Doing this will greatly increase your effectiveness.

Also, remember the very powerful Deathstroke's activate. That huge boost to your DPS can turn the tide of a team fight. Also don't stay in the middle of the enemy team just Basic Attacking if more than 3 are up, and you are under half health. Get out, wait for CDs to end, and dive onto a weak target for an easy kill.

*Chip: Do some sort of damage. Many times you can E+Q them and tie that Q into your next target.

Why this build?: With the reflect changes, you need to be able to decimate armor values in order to keep up a high DPS value without killing yourself before you take them out. And dueling vs those without a massive armor value will result in complete decimation.

Crit Flash: If you want to build Crit Flash, please do it the right way. Take Deadly 3, +10 Coda Blade and Empowered Deathstroke's Claymore.

As always, if you liked the guide, give it a thumbs up! The ratings help new players/users figure out which guides are most effective.
