    Flash is probably the most broken champion on Gotham Heights, and can be an ABSOLUTE KILLING MACHINE if played right. With the right items, he scales insanely well with items such as Blue Scarab and Psi-Scimitar, as well as getting [[Two Face's Coin 2]] to literally shit out 100 power damage once you've got to a stage when you're an absolute monster.
