I would suggest adding guide text. Personally I think the build is too reliant on collector items, and you get little AD to go with it. I run Lobo's Chain, Ruby of Life, Spear of Destiny T2 mod, Krypt War Armor Vit 2 mod, Suit of Sorrows 40% mod, and Atomic Axe for main tank against balanced teams. You get a lot health, armor, damage and regen out of that build so you can do it all when needed, and you are super strong towards the late game.
Also leveling E is more important than it used to be.
