    Besides the weird leveling, SS does not have enough attack speed to validate building her to rely on them.

    Agrre with Mister Dycer, Shade's cane and Psi-scimitar wouldn't be my first choice of item on SS. If you want to have a better attack speed, then Blue scarab is the way to go as it scales with Power Damage (even better with the Kord Altered Blue Scarab augment) and gives you extra Power Damage. Also super surprised not to see the Cosmic Staff in your list as this is a brilliant item on SS.
