  • Infinite Crisis has shut down.

With its departure, Dawnbase will be going into permanent read-only mode and will remain as both an archive of information about Infinite Crisis, and a reminder of the times we all had with the game.

Hats off to you all. It was a pleasure, ladies and gentlemen.

Why hello there, dear reader. My name is Shenox and this is my guide to ADC Harley, which I play most of the time in Solo Queue. (:

In my honest opinion, Harley Quinn is the funniest marksman you can play, because she provides heals and
CC to her team, but has no escape skill other than the move speed bonus on her passive. This still makes her better than Cyborg (IMO), because he has no heal, no CC and no effective escape in his kit.

Because the heal is actually pretty damn useful (like every form of sustain on a carry), you should max it first. Once you reach level 4, you should have each skill except for your ultimate leveled, I usually go for level 1 Q, level 1 W and level 2 E. Once you hit level 6, your skill order becomes this: R > E > Q > Passive > W.
Even though your W skill scales well with AD, you only use it to keep your distance and stun people (in the best of any scenarios). Thats why I prefer leveling everything else before maxing W.

For items, you start with Zeiss Goggles (1) and as many Health Packs as you like on Coast City and Zeiss Goggles (2) or Joe Chills Revolver (1) on Gotham Heights. For amplifiers, you take Marksman: Endgame Mix. You can take any stolen powers you like, but for me, Invulnerability and Super Speed work best, because I focus on repositioning myself in fights nearly all the time where Super Speed comes in handy, while Invulnerability often saved my life in close situations.

The Core and Optional items are my standard build, rushing Crit Chance and High Damage as early as possible with some Lifesteal and Attack Speed, getting an early set of Zeiss Goggles (4), Joe Chills Revolver (4) and Cheetah's Claw (4) before building anything else. From now on, the rest of your build consists of purely optional items.

Velocity 9 Implants - even more Crit Chance and Attack Speed. Comes in handy pretty well, because it increases your DPS even more.

Lobo's Chain - provides Health and Damage while giving the ability to slow with your auto attacks. Makes kiting and repositioning child's play while providing a higher chance to survive fights because of a larger health pool.

Deadshot's Visor - provides Will and Damage. This does not only boost your damage in general, but increases the amount you heal as well.

Deathstroke's Claymore - I've heard people say that this is a bad item. I've never chopped down beefy targets as fast as I do with that item in my inventory. Provides DPS.

Soultaker Katana - The perfect addition to your Cheetah's Claws in case of sustain. This combination should get rid of any close encounters, it's kill or be killed from now on - without gambling.

I hope you liked reading my guide and I hope even more that I could give you some insight on how I play ADC Harley Quinn. This guide is no ruleset how to play her at all, add your own ideas on how to play her aswell. I can only help - the outcome is up to you.

Have a nice day and GLHF in your games, protectors!

    She's not a marksman, she's a support/enforcer

@MrLucho - I know that she is a support, but its still a fun way to build her as a marksman. You should try it. Be open-minded for new things. (:
