For Augments I take per lvl armor/health and power armor/health.

I like to start with double gambits and 3 health pots. My first item that I try to buy with him is the The Crime Bible with the mod: overclocked. I finish Crime Bible. Next I get Ruby of Life. I don't quite finish it yet, I only get it to tier 2. Next thing I like to get is Phantom Strangler's necklace until tier 2 as well. After that I finish Ruby of Life and Phantom Stranglers. Then I start building Kryptonian War Armor.

I really like running the Booster Gold's Power and Ra's al Ghul's combo on Gaslight Joker. With the core build your health regen is pretty awesome and you can basically tank towers when needed.

If you're not a fan of Booster Gold's Power and Ra's al Ghul's you can choose your last items depending on the enemies comp. If they have a lot of power damage and you want some damage output you can pick up Spear of Destiny. If they have a lot of attack damage there's Suit of Sorrows.
