    Book of Eternity is pretty bad early game, you should get it much later on than you do. The penetration does hardly anything early game, it's only later on when people have more resilience and you have more power damage that it becomes useful.

    The item build on this is really good, they all compliment Flash really well. The only suggestion I'd make is to not level Shade's Kane past level 1. It's a large amount of gold for not a great deal. The passive is amazing so obviously it's worth keeping the item and maxing it but I wouldn't put it past level 1 until I had bought everything else I possibly could.

    He seems like a really cool champion. Hopefully his ult is wrong though because it's completely awful. A 1.5 second snare on 1 target that stops them from using abilities? His W is way better than that.

    There's a lot of unmentioned item changes. Psi-Scimitar has been heavily nerfed on the ability power side. Two Face's Coin. Joker's Crowbar and The Crime Bible have all been changed and there are small nerfs to things like The Starheart and Ra's al Ghul's Robe.

    Loving that these champions are starting to be released a bit quicker now. Atomic GL looks alright, a Blitzcrank style grab is a bit crazy on a bruiser though, he could be quite hard to play against.
